Creates a Node in the document and returns its id.

Location: xml.p

Parameters:

INPUT pdParent AS DECIMAL

NodeId of Parent.

INPUT pcName AS CHARACTER

Name of the node.

INPUT pcType AS CHARACTER

Node type (defaults to Element).

Returns: DECIMAL
